In 1997 Tom formed SeaPoint Ventures. Prior to forming SeaPoint Ventures, Tom co-founded and was the first CEO of Metawave Communications Corporation, a manufacturer of cellular infrastructure equipment. Before Metawave, he was the first president and CEO of Innova Corporation, a manufacturer of digital millimeter wave radios. Tom spent the first seventeen years of his career at Raychem Corporation where he held a variety of executive positions in Europe, South America and the U.S. His last position at Raychem was Group Vice President of the Industrial Products Group.
Tom is currently Chairman of the Board of Ontela and Zumobi Inc. and a board member of Airspan, Hubspan, Kineto Wireless, Modiv Media, Mojix, and SinglePoint. He is past chairman of Qpass, SNAPin Software, Telecom Transport Management and past board member of Tegic. In addition to his duties at SeaPoint Ventures, Tom serves as venture/strategic partner at Oak Investment Partners, Hunt Ventures and Voyager Capital.
Tom has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a BSIE from Columbia University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Dan is CEO and co-founder of Ontela, where he has taken his experience developing and managing both enterprise and end-user applications to help the company with a novel premise: sell consumer services directly to carriers.
Prior to founding Ontela, Dan managed development of the RealArcade service at RealNetworks, enabling thousands of end-users to play classic games such as Monopoly, Scrabble and Rollercoaster Tycoon on their desktops. He arrived at RealNetworks by way of Wildseed, where he managed software development for the Identity Cellular Phone, from the modem to the Linux platform to the user interface. Robert Cromwell
Robert W. Cromwell, Jr. is the Director of Seattle City Light’s Power Contracts and Resource Acquisition Division. He is responsible for acquiring new, renewable resources for Seattle City Light, managing all long-term energy and transmission contracts (including BPA Block and Slice), and representing Seattle City Light on regional and national policy matters. He formerly litigated energy and telecommunications matters before the WUTC, the FERC, the FCC, and the courts.

Vernon L. Fotheringham

Chris Wade was named CEO of ShoZu in June 2009 after serving on the company’s board of directors since 2002. Wade was an early investor in the company and became executive chairman of the board in 2008. Wade began his technology career in 1982 at Nortel Networks, where he served as senior vice president of public networks. He left Nortel in 1997 to become managing director at DSC, where he ran the company’s international business until it was sold to Alcatel for $4 billion.
Wade then co-founded and served as CEO of Cambridge Positioning Systems, where he spent nine years, until its acquisition by CSR. Puneet Tandon
Puneet Tandon is the Head of Venture Development at T-Mobile USA, and previously co-founded T-Mobile’s Business Development team. As Head of Venture Development, Puneet leads T-Mobile’s initiatives to source and manage an external innovation pipeline of new products and services from the entrepreneur and venture capital for eventual commercialization. In his prior role within Business Development, Puneet negotiated and closed several key strategic partnerships for T-Mobile with innovators including Facebook, Snapfish, Microsoft, Sony, and AOL. Mireille Gotsis
Director, Mobility Product Management, AT&T Business Solutions. Based in Redmond, WA, and a former Microsoft Corporate Counsel, Mireille manages a product team that is focused on delivering mobile line-of-business applications for the enterprise. Her current responsibilities cover solutions for government, education, healthcare, utilities and life sciences. Among other initiatives, Ms. Gotsis launched the first “smart grid” solution offered by the wireless industry to the utilities sector, and spearheaded the deployment of an enterprise-scale customer relationship management (CRM) solution to over 1,500 AT&T sellers. Travis Beaven - VP of Products UIEvolution
Travis Beaven is the VP of Products at UIEvolution, responsible for product ideas and execution that deliver results in a complex world beyond the PC. Gowri Shankar - Senior Vice President - Sales and Business Development
Throughout his lifelong career in telecommunications, Gowri Shankar has focused on bringing new technologies to market and building multimillion-dollar sales organizations.
As a founding member of the Sprint PCS launch team, Gowri led the creation of the first nationwide telesales and e-commerce distribution channels in the wireless industry, thereby laying the foundation for Sprint PCS's industry-leading enterprise sales strategy.
In addition to his work with Sprint, Gowri was general manager for eAssist, a CRM software company. There, he developed eAssist's international strategy and was responsible for the organization's expansion into nine European countries.
