Tuition includes admission to the conference, breakfast, lunch, break refreshments, networking reception, and materials distributed at the conference.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made in writing (e-mail, fax, or mail) and received in our office before Monday, May 9, 2011, will be fully refunded. Registrants who cancel within seven days of the conference or do not attend will not receive a refund.
